Davidson Optronics Davidson Optronics manufactures the 'TV Optoliner' Camera alignment system, a system for projecting an variety of test patterns onto a TV or CCD camera detector. Virtually any camera can be installed, including Vidicon, Low light level and array types. The various operating and geometrical characteristics of all these cameras can be measured and adjusted for alignment. The cameras are attached to the projector with the lens removed, in order to present the camera with a correctly defined test object. Light levels down to one microLux can be presented to the detector. A derived system, the 'TVOC', tests cameras with the lens in place.
